<p>Each interior must be analyzed individually, as sometimes it can be protected through trademark registration if we have a visually distinctive aesthetic that can be replicated in other locations and its presentation is highly distinctive.</p>



<p>On other occasions, the interior of the premises is characterized by original elements, for example, the shapes of tables, chairs, or counters. In these cases, it is best to protect said object specifically so that no one can copy it. In these cases, an industrial model would be the most advisable.</p>



<p>On other occasions there may be artistic images that adorn murals, walls or paintings, perhaps in this case the most advisable thing is to deposit the work with the copyright office.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Amsterdam Salud is a trademark application filed under case number 3,575,027 for class 35.</p>



<p>Although Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands, it is not this country that has raised objections to the application, but rather Switzerland.</p>



<p>Amsterdam Salud features a symbol of a cross, universally recognized as related to health. However, its red background and white cross also closely resemble the Swiss flag.</p>
